WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY?



It is to inform you all that we will be performing Maintenance and Migration Activities for TSCTI Email services. This migration activity will start from (17-11-2022), 08:45 PM IST to (17-11-2022), 11:15 PM IST

Please note that this activity is only for the email service of “tscti.com”. Your xyz@tscti.com email id will be partially affected any other email services will not be affected by this activity.

During this activity, The email services will be intermittent and or partially affected.

The Senior Managers/Managers/Leads are requested to inform their team members specifically so that everyone is aware of this maintenance window.

We would request everyone to keep patience during the migration stage. We are trying our best to have a smooth transition for all the users.

Maintenance Window will be from (17-11-2022), 08:45 PM IST to (17-11-2022), 11:15 PM IST

All the users are required to keep their system on

  • All the services will be working fine except TSCTI emails.
  • Users can mail helpdesk@tscti.com and open a service ticket in case of emergency requirement during the maintenance window.
